প্যালেস্তিনীয়দের উপর ইসরায়েলের ঘৃণ্য নরহত্যার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ করা হচ্ছে

ভারতের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টি (মার্কসবাদী), ভারতের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টি, রেভোলিউশনারি সোশ্যালিস্ট পার্টি, সারা ভারত ফরওয়ার্ড ব্লক, ভারতের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টি(মার্কসবাদী-লেনিনবাদী)-লিবারেশনের নেতৃত্ব যৌথ ভাবে নিম্নলিখিত বিবৃতি জারি করেছে:

প্যালেস্তিনীয়দের উপর ইসরায়েলের ঘৃণ্য নরহত্যার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ করা হচ্ছে  

গাজায় ইসরায়েল পরিচালিত গণহত্যার বিরুদ্ধে রাষ্ট্রসংঘের প্রস্তাবনার নির্লজ্জ লঙ্ঘন করে, আইসিজে-এর রায় উপেক্ষা করে প্যালেস্তাইনের জনগণের বিরুদ্ধে এই ধরনের গণহত্যার মাত্রা আরো বৃদ্ধি করা হয়েছে। ভারতের বাম দলগুলি - সিপিআই(এম), সিপিআই, আরএসপি, এআইএফবি এবং সিপিআই-এমএল ভারতীয় জনগণকে প্যালেস্তিনীয় জনগণের সাথে তাদের সংহতি প্রকাশ করার আহ্বান জানিয়েছে এবং একইসাথে মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মদতে ইসরায়েল কর্তৃক পরিচালিত গণহত্যা ও নৃশংসতার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদে গর্জে ওঠার আহ্বান জানিয়েছে। বাম দলগুলির দাবি:

অবিলম্বে যুদ্ধবিরতি এবং ১৯৬৭-এর পূর্ববর্তী সীমানাকে মান্যতা দিয়ে এবং রাজধানী হিসাবে পূর্ব জেরুজালেম সহ প্যালেস্তাইন রাষ্ট্রের স্বীকৃতি।

ইসরায়েলের উপর অবিলম্বে সামরিক নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করতে হবে এবং অস্ত্র ও সামরিক সরঞ্জাম আমদানি-রপ্তানি এবং সমস্ত ধরণের সামরিক সহযোগিতা বন্ধ করতে হবে।

অবিলম্বে ইসরায়েলের শিল্পপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলির জন্য সহযোগিতা এবং ভারতীয় শ্রমিকদের সেখানে কাজে পাঠানোর উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করতে হবে।

কূটনৈতিক অর্থনৈতিক নিষেধাজ্ঞা সহ ইসরায়েলের উপর আইনি নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করতে হবে।

ইসরায়েলের বর্ণবিদ্বেষী শাসনের অবসান ঘটাতে এবং অপরাধীদের জবাবদিহি চাইতে রাষ্ট্রসংঘের বর্ণবিদ্বেষের বিরুদ্ধে বিশেষ কমিটিকে আহ্বান জানাতে হবে।

আমরা ভারত সরকারের কাছে আরও দাবি করছি:

১. ইসরায়েলে অস্ত্র ও গোলাবারুদ সরবরাহের জন্য বিভিন্ন ভারতীয় কোম্পানির সমস্ত রপ্তানি লাইসেন্স এবং অনুমতি বাতিল করতে হবে।

২. ইসরায়েল থেকে অস্ত্র আমদানি বন্ধ করতে হবে

৩. ঔপনিবেশিক বর্ণবিদ্বেষী নীতির উপর ভিত্তি করে ইসরায়েলের অবৈধ সামরিক দখলদারিত্ব এবং গণহত্যার সাথে সকল প্রকারের যোগসাজোশ বন্ধ করতে হবে।

স্বাধীনতার আগের থেকে আমাদের ঐতিহ্য বজায় রেখে ভারত সরকার দ্বারা রাজনৈতিক ও কূটনৈতিক প্রতিরোধ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য বাম দলগুলি জনগণকে আহ্বান জানায়। বাম দলগুলি বিশ্বাস করে যে পশ্চিম এশিয়ার পরিস্থিতি এমন একটি পর্যায়ে পৌঁছেছে যেখানে বিশ্বব্যাপী গণতান্ত্রিক মতামতগুলিকে শান্তি ও মর্যাদা রক্ষার জন্য বলিষ্ঠ ভাবে সোচ্চার হতে হবে।

বাম দলগুলি দেশ জুড়ে তাদের সমস্ত নিজস্ব পার্টি ইউনিটগুলিকে ৩ আগস্ট সক্রিয়ভাবে যৌথ এবং স্বাধীনভাবে  ভারতীয় জনগণকে একত্রিত করার আহ্বান জানায়।

Leaders of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), Communist Party of India, Revolutionary Socialist Party, All India Forward Bloc and Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist)-Liberation have issued the following statement:

Protest Against Israeli Genocide of Palestinians

In the light of the brazen violations of UN resolution, the ICJ rulings against the genocide by Israel in Gaza and the escalation of such genocide against the people of Palestine, the Left Parties in India – CPI(M), CPI, RSP, AIFB and CPI-ML call upon the Indian people to express their solidarity with the Palestinian people and against the genocide and atrocities being carried out by Israel backed by the United States of America. The Left Parties demand:

• Immediate ceasefire and recognition of Palestinian State with pre-1967 borders and East Jerusalem as the capital.
• Impose immediate military embargo on Israel and on import and export of weapons and military equipment and stop all forms of military cooperation.
• Immediately impose sanctions on cooperation and movement of Indian labour for industrial activity in Israel.
• Impose legal sanctions on Israel including diplomatic financial and economic sanctions.
• Invoke the UN’s special committee against apartheid to terminate the apartheid regime of Israel and hold the perpetrators accountable.

Further, we demand from the Government of India:

1. To cancel all export licenses and permissions to various Indian companies for the supply of military arms and ammunition to Israel.
2. Halt all arms imports from Israel.
3. End all forms of complicity with Israel’s illegal military occupation and genocide, based on principles of colonial apartheid.

The Left Parties also urge the people to ensure political and diplomatic resistance by the Indian government, in keeping with our legacy since before independence. The Left Parties believe that the situation in West Asia has reached a stage where global democratic opinion must assert itself to defend peace and dignity.

The Left Parties urge all our respective party units across the country to jointly and independently unite the Indian people effectively on the 3rd of August.
