আমপানকে জাতীয় বিপর্যয় হিসাবে ঘোষণা করার দাবীতে সিপিআই(এম) পলিট ব্যুরোর বিবৃতি

সিপিআই(এম) পলিট ব্যুরো নিম্নলিখিত বিবৃতি দিয়েছেঃ

বিধ্বংসী সাইক্লোন আমপান পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এবং ওড়িশায় ভয়ংকর ক্ষতি করেছে। সিপিআই(এম)’র পলিট ব্যুরো এই সাইক্লোনের কারনে প্রান হারানো প্রতিটি পরিবারের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা জানাচ্ছে।

এই মুহূর্তে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থদের জন্য রিলিফ এবং পুনর্বাসনের কাজকেই অগ্রাধিকার দিতে হবে। গোটা দেশ এবং জনগন ইতিমধ্যেই কোভিড অতিমারির সাথে এক ভয়ংকর যুদ্ধের মধ্যে রয়েছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এবং ওড়িশা এই দুই রাজ্যের মানুষের জন্য এই মুহূর্তে সরকারি সাহায্য এবং কেন্দ্র-রাজ্য সরকারের যৌথ সহায়তা এবং সংহতির একান্ত প্রয়োজন।

এই দুর্যোগের ঘটনাকে অতি দ্রুত কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে জাতীয় বিপর্যয় হিসাবে ঘোষণা করতে হবে, এবং অবিলম্বে বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলায় রাজ্যগুলির জন্য উপযুক্ত সহায়তার ব্যাবস্থা করতে হবে।

 The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has issued the following statement:

Cyclone Amphan has caused devastating damage in West Bengal and Odisha. The Polit Bureau of the CPI(M) conveys its deepest condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives.

Relief and rehabilitation are the priority at the moment. The country and the people are already in the midst of a grim struggle for survival combatting the Covid pandemic. People in both states urgently need support and solidarity of the governments and people of the country.

The Central government must immediately declare this as a national calamity and substantially help the states in facing the impact of this disaster.
